1. Classes are neither transferable, nor refundable. Once the package expires, it will not be refunded. If abuse or misuse is found, BaseOut Dance Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend the membership.
2. Outstanding package’s expiry date can be extended together with the new package, starting from the new purchase date. The extension is only applicable if the new purchase date is within 1 week of the previous package expiry date.
3. Class might be cancelled due to insufficient bookings 2 hours before class starts, email notification will be received. Minimum headcount is as agreed with the respective Tutor. If you have any enquiry, please DM BaseOut Dance Studio.
4. Classes will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted 2 hours before class. We will DM all successful bookings to discuss further arrangements.
5. In case of any disputes, BaseOut Dance Studio reserves the right of final decision, including the right to suspend, amend and terminate the class, and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
